This is a document that describes the accessibility status of a facility and proposes solutions to improve it. It includes a detailed overview of the facility, an inventory of barriers and the identification of the necessary measures to ensure accessibility. Where the measures are feasible with simpler solutions, a cost estimate is provided; if the solutions need to be developed in the context of plans by specialists from other disciplines (e.g. architecture, civil engineering), the cost of the project documentation is estimated.

Education
Since we noticed that most tourism stakeholders do not have an idea of what the law requires of them, we have prepared training aimed at VISIT, hotels and tourism providers. The training provides a comprehensive insight into the correct application of legislation in the tourism industry and relates to the provision of services and aids for people with disabilities.
Our program is designed to help both management and employees understand the legislation. In the expanded training, it also provides employees with practical tools to effectively deal with guests with disabilities and the use of assistive devices.
